Exciting opportunity to training your poster pitching skills
As the program of the Veterinary Science Day 2024 on June 6th involves poster pitches from young scientists, we have organized a pitch training!
By joining this training, you will be perfectly prepared for a pitch during the VSD, and any other future conference.
But be quick, as the number of spots is limited.
We will give priority to people who’s abstract is selected for a pitch, and after that, people who submitted an abstract, compared to other registrants.
What: Pitch training by Helene Knaus and Aaron Cossio Ramos
When: 21st of May 10.00 – 13.00
For who: 20 young scientists, preferably people who submit an abstract for the VSD
How: Send an e-mail to vsd@uu.nl, with the subject ‘Applying for pitch training’, and answer these questions:
- Did you submit an abstract to the VSD?
- What is your position within UU? (e.g. master student, PhD student, s.i.o. ….)
- Which department and division within Veterinary Medicine are you part of?
- Why do you want to join the pitch training? (1-2 sentences)
We will confirm your participation to the training by May 10th. Make sure to already reserve the date and time in your agenda.
