We encourage you to use this year’s VSD to reach beyond your disciplinary boundaries, share your expertise, and work collectively to ensure our science dictates the crucial future national and global priorities that must be addressed by national governments and global organizations. 

During this years’ VSD you have the opportunity to present your research via a poster and/or a 15 minute oral presentation.

About your abstract:

• Your research does not need to be in a concluding stage. We also welcome abstracts on work in progress. Everyone, and in particular early career researchers and clinicians are invited to submit an abstract.
• Please ensure your abstract contains a clear aim and methodology.
• Word count: max 300, excluding title, author and affiliations.
• All abstracts must be submitted in English.
• The abstract must contain: Title, authors and affiliations, and abstract text (max 300 words). All abstract must be prepared in Fonttype Arial 11pt.
• Abstracts will be assessed and selected by members of the VSD Committee.
• Submitted abstracts can be considered for oral presentations (talks of 12 min) or for a poster presentations
